In Japan women rolled up their children in concrete

The Japanese admitted that rolled into the concrete four newborns.

A resident of Japan admitted that during the period from 1992 to 1997, the four rolled their own newborns into the concrete. It is reported by The New York Post.

Mayumi Saito was arrested on Tuesday, November 21.
