In Ivano-Frankivsk region rescuers found and helped two tourists who got lost in the area of mount PIP Ivan in the Carpathians. About it reports a press-the centre of the state service for emergency situations.
Noted that on 29 December 2017 17:42 in quickly-the coordination center Management DSNs in Ivano-Frankivsk region received a message from duty on the mountain Pop Ivan on the desktop phone rang two tourists, residents of Lutsk, who lost his bearings on the mountain Pop Ivan on the territory Zelensky village Council, Verkhovyna district.
“At 17:50 for rescue work were involved rescuers Yavornitskogo search and rescue office of the special search and rescue unit rescue squad of special purpose (3 people). At 18:30, rescuers found the lost hikers in the area of mount PIP Ivan in satisfactory condition, medical care is not needed”, – is spoken in the message. As reported in Department, at 19:30 tourists are accompanied to the place of temporary residence in the lake house It at the foot of the mountain Pop Ivan.
We will remind, earlier it was reported that in the Carpathian mountains killed 19-year-old tourist. According to preliminary information, the man’s death was caused by hypothermia.
