The work of talented designers.
Design office Pitsou Kedem Architects has implemented another worthy project in tel Aviv, Israel. The residence of 100 square meters represents not that other, as modern cave.
This apartment for several hundred years, and each wall has its own history and character. The restoration project gave the opportunity to combine the rooms of the residence, open space and views of the sea, and also to get rid of dark areas and have never experienced sunlight.
Numerous layers of finish removed from the arched ceiling, covering it with white plaster. But the dome in the kitchen area opposite cleared of existing plaster, the contrast revealing its original beauty. New concrete floor leveled past the difference in levels.
The apartment intentionally there are no doors except for the bathrooms arched openings accented with black.
