In GPU declared that Yanukovych will be able to deliver to Ukraine

Ukrainian law enforcers are able to fulfill the court’s decision to detain and deliver Yanukovych to Ukraine, said in the GPU.

The Prosecutor’s office said that in the case of a judgment of conviction of ex-President Viktor Yanukovych, the Ukrainian security forces will be able to deliver it to Ukraine to serve the sentence.

This was stated by the Prosecutor of the Chief military Prosecutor’s office Ruslan Kravchenko, transfer “Ukrainian news”.

“If there is a guilty verdict, I believe that Ukrainian law enforcement is able to enforce the judgment, to detain Yanukovich that he was serving his sentence in Ukraine,” he said.

At the same time, the Prosecutor noted that the GPU repeatedly sent instructions to the Prosecutor General of Russia in the case of Yanukovych, but none of them was made, although the Russian Ministry stated about the readiness to implement them.
