Donkey Vitus a year ago, bit expensive sports car orange. Now he faces a fine of five thousand euros.
The case occurred in Hesse in September 2016, but now the owner of the car filed a lawsuit in the district court. Probably donkey confused the car with a carrot-orange color – suggested to the police. Besides, the car was parked too close to the pasture.
According to the owner of the donkey, there is no evidence that Vitus was bitten by the car of the victim. Today, September 28 is the first meeting of the court in civil cases.
