In France stole a painting by a famous artist

The thieves simply removed the painting from the wall.

A painting by French artist Pierre-Auguste Renoir’s “Portrait of a young blonde” was supposed to be the main lot of the auction house in Saint-Germain-EN-Laye on 1 October, but was stolen the day before.

In France unknown persons have stolen from the auction house in Saint-Germain-EN-Laye painting of Pierre Auguste Renoir’s “Portrait of a young blonde”.

Picture 1 October was put up for sale, she was to become the top lot of the auction. According to the publication, it is estimated at about €25-30 thousand
