In Finland prepared an unusual bread

The Finnish Baker invented the original recipe.

Juhani of Sibakov, head of innovation at Fazer, said that this concept was developed since last summer, but it could not run prior to the approval of the Finnish authorities. Five other European countries — UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Denmark — have already given such permission.

Sibakov reported that this bread contains more protein compared to conventional.
