In addition to works of art created out of ice, visitors will be available to traditional winter rides.
In the East of Finland, in the community Leppavirta (North Savo) to the beginning of the world championship on ski sports in Lahti opened ice cave (Ice Cave).
Cave available to the public from 18 February and will be open for guests until may. The master of ice sculptures from China, Mongolia, Siberia, Yakutia and the countries of Europe are there for their work. Visitors will be taken away to the underground Kingdom of the Elevator of the hotel.
As reported on the website Leppavirta in the cave even be able to enjoy skiing, Finnish sledge, slide and try to make the figure of ice.
On weekdays, the entrance of the ice cave will be open from 12 to 20 hours, on weekends and holidays from 9 to 21. The cost of adult tickets starts from 10 euros, child – 5 euros.
