Egyptian archaeologists have discovered in the necropolis of DRA-Abul-Naga, near Luxor six mummies age-not less than 3,5 thousand years, and thousands of ancient artifacts, in particular funerary figurines.
Specialists have already managed to establish the identity of the occupant of the tomb, he was the mayor of AU-Sarat, who lived during the 18th dynasty of the pharaohs.
The tomb was found in the early XX century, but the entrance is found only in March of this year.
In addition to the main hall in the tomb there are two chambers, which now began archaeologists.
