The so-called “Ministry of health DNR” reported to the leader of the militants Alexander Zakharchenko about the critical situation in the health sector in the occupied territories of Donetsk region. It is reported by the expert group “Information resistance”.

“User “MoH” gave an indication of the leadership of subordinate agencies and institutions on emergency preparedness to address the consequences of a possible cholera outbreak in the occupied territory of Donetsk region. In hospitals the major settlement in the forced mode held “doctrines on interaction of services and departments in terms of the emergence of foci of cholera,” explained the experts.
