A tourist from Russia ran into the wrath of the Croatians because of traffic violations.
In the Internet appeared the video, which shows how Russian tourists in Croatia reacted to the attempt to pick up his SUV by a tow truck after he parked in a handicapped Parking.
The incident occurred in the town of Porec.
