In Chita the police are looking for the graffiti’s author, who left an insulting inscription about the President of Russia Vladimir Putin at the Revolution square in the city centre.
“We received a complaint about the application of labels. It was duly registered. Now measures for establishment of persons who left the inscription,” quoted “Chita.ru” the press service of the Ministry of internal Affairs on Transbaikalian edge.
According to the publication, the inscription appeared at the Revolution square in the centre of Chita on may 31. In the name of the President, displayed on the pavement in black paint, added a hashtag sign.
Recall, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the law on contempt on March 18. On April 22 this law was fined 30 thousand rubles a resident of the Novgorod region Yury Cartiges who posted the post “Putin is a fabulous *******” (muddle).
Roskomnadzor, citing the law on contempt has blocked the websites of the Yaroslavl mass-media 76.ru and “Arcub” because of the news about graffiti insulting Putin. However, no notification of text received. The sites were unblocked only after the removal of photo from hooligan inscription.
