In China started to work online court

The opening ceremony of the court took place in the city of Zhejiang province

In the Chinese city of Hangzhou on the morning of Friday, August 18, the opening of the first China Internet trial. To open this court, it was decided at the session of the Communist party of China in June 2017.

The official opening ceremony of China’s first Internet court took place on Friday in the city of Zhejiang province, was transferred to the Central television of China.

The Internet, the court will consider cases involving fraud in online trading, online prisoners of debt contracts, cases on copyright infringement on the Internet. To sue and to prosecute would be through the court’s website, and the meeting webcast is available online.
