In Chernihiv the recidivist killed a neighbor with an ax

The offender faces up to 15 years in prison.

Repeatedly convicted a man killed his neighbor with an axe in the head.

“The police received a report about the discovery of the place of residence of the body earlier judged inhabitant of one of villages of Koryukovka of the district. About the violent death of the man testified to bruises on the face and neck. Later, the forensic examination established that the man died from blood loss and multiple wounds of the head. Suspicion fell on the same previously convicted neighbor of the murdered man, who almost immediately admitted his guilt and gave truthful testimony. According to the suspect, when between men, a quarrel arose, he struck a fellow villager with two blows from an axe butt on the head then left,” — said the press center.

On this fact militiamen in Chernihiv region opened criminal proceedings for murder. In the case of proven guilty, he faces up to 15 years in prison.
