For the map without Crimea was opened criminal proceedings.
The police began to investigate the placement of a stylized map of Ukraine without Crimea annexed by Russia on the stage in Brovary, Kyiv region.
This was announced by the speaker of the Main Directorate of the National police in the Kiev region, Nikolai Zhukovich.
“Proceedings opened under article 110 of the Criminal code. This encroachment on the territorial integrity of Ukraine. Proceedings are opened against anyone, but in fact the events”, – said the speaker.
At the same time, the police have interrogated the Chairman of the Department of culture city Council Inna Savchenko as responsible for the stage design.
Map of Ukraine without the Crimea was placed on the main stage brewery prepared for the celebration of independence Day. Within an hour after posting it was removed by the police.
