On 20 November the Belarusian Mogilev resident of Moscow staged an armed Bank robbery, taking hostages.
Within hours he was held hostage cashiers and customers of the Bank, and then demanded the car with the weapon. Then he demanded that he be allowed to leave.
“I wish I was allowed to leave the building and leave, then nobody gets hurt. The Bank still, it is insured,” he said of the police.
The offender was allowed to leave the Bank in a car with a hostage (dummy hostage was Colonel of the interior Ministry).
When the car with the perp and the hostage left the city, he attacked a detachment of Riot police. In the shootout, he was wounded and detained. Security forces and the hostages were not injured.
It turned out that the robber took from the Bank a very large sum. When it found the backpack with the money: there were more than 7 thousand Belarusian rubles and $ 150 (the equivalent of about 100 thousand hryvnias).
Later, it became known that the attacker is 28 years. He is a citizen of Russia, Mogilev came to his mother. Against the robber will be prosecuted for hostage-taking. Punishment — till 12 years of imprisonment.
