In Barnaul on the house hung a Scarecrow with the caption “Amendments”
In Barnaul on the night of June 22, on the wall of a residential building at Pavlovsky trakt, 128 unknown hung a Scarecrow labeled “Amendment”. This was written by eyewitnesses of the public “the Incident Barnaul” in Instagram.
“That’s the way the house was decorated with vandals, differently will not name them. The bottom is not immediately clear that it’s stuffed,” wrote a local resident.

The commenters under the post were generally supportive of the authors of the unusual protest. “Well done!”, “Keep these vandals”, “They are great, they’re not vandals,” “This is very cool!” — write the review members of the community.
Voting on amendments to the Constitution will be held from 25 June to 1 July and the last day of voting will make the weekend.
