In a new film about Godzilla appears old weapons

In the first movie about the legendary Japanese monster appears also fantastic and powerful weapon, able to cope with it. It happened in 1954 in the framework of the film, known as Godzilla (ゴジラ). The arms in turn was called the Destroyer of oxygen (Oxygen Destroyer) and later still just pop up in the series.

The picture depicts the same oxygen Destroyer, however, it is unclear whether it will be used against Godzilla or just flicker somewhere as Easter eggs, comprehensible only to fans of old school.

In the film the 1954 Oxygen Destroyer invented Dr. Serizawa, who at first doesn’t want to use it to attack the handsome kaiju, but then it takes a dramatic decision. This character is in the Hollywood version. It takes the role of permanent cool Ken Watanabe, whose character clearly feels sympathy for the king of beasts — can he dare to kill him?

And unlike that giant lizard with the atomic breath was going to die, because he’s got a epic crossover with a huge APE: Adam Wingard will arrange the battle Godzilla and king Kong in 2020.
