In 2016, the Ukrainians have paid 1.4 billion of property tax

For the year, this figure rose to 56 million hryvnia in comparison with 2015.

Revenues to local budgets from tax on immovable property other than land, in 2016 amounted to 1,419 billion, which is 1.9 times more than in 2015.

According to the report, in 2016, revenues to local budgets from tax on real estate amounted to 1,419 billion, of which 1,209 billion UAH from legal entities 0,210 billion individuals.

The report also stated that in 2016, the owners of residential property paid 154 million UAH of this tax, which is UAH 56 million more than in 2015. Fiscal service said that in 2015, revenues to local budgets from tax on real estate totalled 745,7 million.
