The main source of vitamin D is ultraviolet radiation, but in the winter there is almost no sun, so learn useful stuff almost nowhere, but the output is still there.
If there is no sun, then come to the aid of a full sources of vitamin D – food:
– fatty fish and seafood as well as caviar;
– dairy products, especially rich in vitamin D are butter and hard cheeses;
– beef liver or cod liver oil;
– egg yolk;
– kelp.
Of course, the food is not as much vitamin D as we would like and from the synthesis of ultraviolet radiation the body receives this substance much more so that doctors insist on daily walks in the fresh air.
Not be amiss and winter vacation in a warmer climate where the sun shines all year round.
When there is no possibility to go there where it’s hot even in January, doctors advise to take vitamin D in capsules, but first it is necessary to consult with a therapist.
Doctors recommend to include in your diet on a regular basis each of the above products, especially because they are all available and, in addition to vitamin D that have other beneficial substances.
