Yesterday it became known that Rusfond ordered the family of Jeanne Friske can return more than 21 million rubles collected throughout the country for treatment of the singer.
In the beginning of this year the Russian aid Fund went to court to clarify the situation. First suspicion fell on a civil husband Friske Dmitry Shepelev, but during the investigation found out that two weeks before the death of Jeanne the money from her account by power of attorney cashed her mother Olga.
Yesterday was held the regular meeting of the court and the verdict was: Perovsky court of Moscow has obliged the parents of the singer to pay Rusfond 21.6 million rubles. In turn, the lawyers of the family Friske said that the proceedings in the suit should be discontinued for lack of evidence, noting that will soon be provided with a report on the consumption of all funds. Mother of Jeanne Friske at court session has not appeared.
However, as it turned out, to pay the amount required direct relatives of Joan: and it’s not only her parents but also the son Plato! Dmitry Shepelev did not remain silent and spoke frankly about the decision of the court, published a post in Instagram: “neither I Nor my son, of course, that money didn’t touch because I didn’t have access to the charity accounts. I feel a tremendous sense of relief very hard to live in for two years surrounded by speculation. My conscience and reputation restored” (Spelling and punctuation authors hereinafter — approx. ed.).
Dmitry reiterated that his son will not be the same for sure should not be responsible for the loss of millions of amount: “Paradoxically, the court did not qualify these actions, I don’t know how to call it otherwise — as theft. Don’t understand. Most importantly, in my opinion, is Plato responsible for it should not”.
The presenter is going to appeal the court’s decision: “I understand how this case is important to the charity movement in Russia and is pleased that the reputation of the charity Fund “Rusfond” restored. But paternal I contend, because a bargaining chip in this horrible and shameful history, my only son, who received after deceased mom’s debts and endless gossip. I will continue to fight for the only thing important to me in this situation is the welfare and peace of my son and, of course, will appeal the court’s decision”.
