Hroisman intends to initiate the allocation of an additional RS 5 billion for road repairs.
Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groisman says that he intends to initiate the allocation of an additional RS 5 billion for the repair of roads, including funds derived from the special confiscation.
“I will offer this year, including the special confiscation, about 5 billion cash, after all to increase funding for roads,” he was quoted as saying by Interfax-Ukraine.
In 2017 it is planned to spend about 30 billion to repair the roads.
Groysman stressed that he would insist on allocation of funds for road Lviv-Ternopil-Khmelnitsky-Vinnytsia-Uman-Odessa.
The Prime Minister noted that it is not satisfied with the pace of repair of roads in the Luhansk, Zaporizhia, Zakarpattia, Mykolaiv oblasts and in Kyiv.
“I gave instructions to this week, the profile Vice-the Prime Minister, the head of Avtodor gathered the leaders of the areas looked at what the problem is to help them move,” he said.
