Urticaria – allergic disease of the skin and mucous membranes.
The disease is accompanied with blisters and itching, burning. There are two forms of the disease: acute and chronic.
Acute urticaria occurs as a result of external factors (nettles, biting or touching insects), physical (cold, sun), after eating some food products (fish, eggs, strawberries, honey, etc.), medication (chlorpromazine, B vitamins, etc.).
