How to prevent heart attack: tips from experienced cardiologists

The doctors shared tips to help prevent heart attack.

December is the month of pre-Christmas bustle, corporate parties, friendly get-togethers and so on. And for some people frequent feasts, and even with an excess of alcohol can be extremely dangerous.

Doctors say that overeating and alcohol abuse can lead to heart attack, so you should listen to their advice on this issue, in order to avoid such serious complications.

Cardiologists recommend:

1. Follow your usual diet.

2. At a minimum eating fatty foods and dishes.

3. The portions are not worth the increase and there are all the “buckets”.

4. Not to violate drinking regime and drink at least 30 ml of water per 1 kg of your weight.

5. To supper for a couple of hours before bedtime and preferably not “holiday” dishes, and simple low-calorie, for example, steamed vegetables and boiled chicken.

6. Write down everything you eat for the day. This will allow you to control yourself and not overeat.

7. Alcohol if to drink, in moderation, because it not only poisons the blood of toxins, but also have a serious strain on the heart.

It is very important not to lie down after a heavy dinner or lunch. Even if you have overeaten and can’t breathe, cardiologists recommend be sure to walk at least around the house a couple of times. Ideally undergo 5-7 km, but such long distances are subject only to a few who really care about their health and wants to avoid such problems as a heart attack.

Particularly these tips will be useful to people and without having health problems, and in particular with the cardiovascular system, and those suffering from obesity.
