How to overcome sleepiness in the summer heat

In the heat it is very difficult to maintain concentration.

It is no news that the high temperature in literally exhausting man. On return from the street to your home or office terribly want to sleep, despite the fact that people normally slept at night. 6. Brewing mint tea. The aroma of fresh mint has an invigorating effect, and if cooling mint tea and then add a slice of lemon, it would make a great refreshing drink that will rid you of drowsiness on a hot day.

7. To humidify and cool the air in the room where you are. When the office fresh, focus on your sleepiness is not so simple. The cooler in your office, the less likely that you will want to sleep.
