How to lose weight in a week before the New year?

To become slimmer in a few days before the holidays is quite real, according to nutritionists and experts in the field of weight loss. A week before the New year, for example, to lose about 1-2 pounds.

In particular, the experts advised to increase cardio – for example, in the form of walking, Jogging, exercising on a stationary bike. Cardio effectively speeds up metabolism, they say. The main thing – not to sit for long periods of time, since the constant sitting position of the body slows down the metabolism. You need to spend at least two hours a day standing and moving, said the experts.

Feeling the desire to eat, wait 10 minutes, gave another tip researchers. If the appetite is just a random impulse, during this time, the need to chew on something will subside. In addition, in such a situation, you can drink water or tea.

In the diet should focus on protein. Proven that eating meals high in protein and low in fat for Breakfast and lunch gives man too much to eat for dinner. From the diet, according to nutritionists, you need to completely eliminate prepared foods with sugar and processed ingredients – ketchup and mayonnaise, yoghurt with fruit fillings, store-bought meatballs, dumplings, any fast food, candy, pastries, cakes, buns, bread, canned goods, soda and juice. Also in a week you need to forget about alcohol.

What to eat during the week: fresh or baked vegetables and unsweetened fruits, herbs, eggs, kefir, yogurt, lean meat, oatmeal and buckwheat porridge.

According to experts, it is useful to have 4-5 times a day in small portions. You do not need to have a bite on the go or in a hurry, instead the food should be always put in a plate and sit down, eat slowly and thoroughly chewing.
