Dandruff can appear at any of us, due to stress, poor hair care or lack of vitamins. Before you buy the advertised shampoo, try to get rid of dandruff by using natural medicines.

Why the need to fight dandruff as soon as possible? White flakes not only make your look untidy, but also harm health: dandruff covers the scalp, blocking the access of air, which makes the roots weak and hair brittle.

1. BAKING SODA.

Soda will come in handy not only in the kitchen, but also help to solve some beauty problems. For example, one of its best properties — treatment of dandruff: alkaline base of baking soda helps to restore the healthy pH balance of the scalp. Soda powder also acts as a mild exfoliation and removes the accumulation of dead cells, impurities and styling at the hair roots. Gently RUB the baking soda into wet hair and scalp, but repeat no more than once a week.

2. THE TEA TREE OIL.

Antibacterial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory — all of these useful properties is tea tree oil. Acting as a natural antiseptic, the oil eliminates the very cause of dandruff and its symptoms: dryness and itching of the scalp. You can add a few drops of tea tree oil in shampoo, but it is more efficient to do night mask: mix 5-7 drops of tea tree with a small amount of olive oil and apply the mixture on the hair roots. Repeat the process regularly, at least once a week and will notice a significant decrease in dandruff.

3. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR.

The high natural acidity of the vinegar helps to restore the lipid balance of the scalp and destroy fungus and bacteria — the main causes of dandruff. Soak a cotton pad with Apple cider vinegar and dividing hair into hair partings, massage the liquid into the scalp. Leave it for an hour and then rinse.
