Warning signs of peptic ulcer
Peptic ulcer disease – is a disorder that occurs in lesions of the gastric mucosa or the small intestine.
The bacteria H. PYLORI are the cause of the pain. Despite the fact that foods do not cause peptic ulcers, but they can aggravate it.
Peptic ulcers can be treated with antibiotics and medications that reduce the acidity.
Common warning symptoms suggestive of peptic ulcer are:
– dull pain in the abdomen;
– abdominal pain that often occurs on an empty stomach or few hours after eating;
– pain in the abdomen, which disappear after a meal or after taking the neutralizing acid medication;
– weight loss and lack of appetite;
– nausea or vomiting;
– a feeling of bloating and belching.
