However, in the period from may 2017 to April 2018 had been significant price hikes from 20 800 in September 2017 and 22 200 hryvnia per square meter in January 2018.

According to experts, rise in price of square meter in April 2019 testifies to the fact that buyers return to the market as evidenced by the growth of prices in new buildings in Kiev: the explanation of a specialist and some collapse after the presidential elections did not have to say.
