How did promo-posters “Saw 8” with bloody nurses (VIDEO)

So do the professionals in the big studios. The company Lionsgate has posted a video on YouTube on how to do the Photocall for the… the commercial of the movie “Saw 8” (Jigsaw). Watching this movie, thousands and thousands of filmmakers around the world, including Russia, envious sigh.

Talking about the same stocks Jigsaw Halloween Blood Drive: since 2004, Lionsgate has combined the useful with pleasure, arranging such shares before the release of each new part of the franchise “Saw”; the fans could donate blood for medical use (blood transfusion sometimes saves someone’s life) in one of the mobile stations, and in exchange received movie tickets. The action was accompanied by the production of a special series of posters with the so-called “bloody nurses.” In the end, all remained in positive territory: hospitals receiving blood; and the fans who received tickets; and Lionsgate, who is his film.

The following video shows how the preparations for the photo shoots for posters with bloody nurses. Turns out there are a lot of people and equipment involved: draw sketches, create special costumes for the models, built sets… Oh so careful approach is not something that many photographers and even filmmakers can only dream of.

As for the movie, “Saw 8” will be released in Russian cinemas on 26 October 2017. Recall synopsis:
