Nestinbox – houses built right on the rocks.

The issue of lack of space for construction of houses and the rising cost of real estate every year becomes more acute. Therefore, modern architects looking for an alternative to the current situation. The Swedes offered a bold solution to the situation, to build houses on rocks. As the authors of the project, such “bird houses” will be no worse than at home on earth.

The architects of the Swedish company Manofactory proposed a project of homes that can be built directly on the rocks (Nestinbox). According to their concept, these “hanging houses” will help to solve the problem of lack of space for housing.

The Foundation of the home will be steel frames. Inside and outside they will be covered with natural wood, between which will pave the layer of insulating material. To get to this house will be possible on a specially constructed transition paths.

House”birdhouse” will consist of 3 floors with a total area of 50 square meters. Inside equipped kitchen combined with a living room, bedroom and office, which if necessary, can be converted into a nursery.
