Curious horror-unfinished “Hell festival” (Hellfest) seem to be finally moving into a stage of active development, and thus becomes closer to the viewer.
At different times the project was attached such Directors as Jennifer Lynch and Neil Marshall, but something all the time did not work out. Back in 2012 we talked about the fact that Gary Doberman rewrite a hell of a holiday, but the real action began only this spring, when it became known that Gregory Plotkin talks with CBS Films about directing the film. Apparently, the Director of “Paranormal activity 5” will take the coveted chair during the filming of “Hell festival”, because the Studio has just officially made the painting in a list of their releases.
As a Director Gregor Plotkin does not yet have much experience. It is mainly known as the editor. For example, it was he who made the candy from the footage of the film “Away,” so beautiful shooting at the U.S. box office earlier in the year. I would like to think that “Hell festival” he will, it is necessary.
Fortunately the story here is pretty simple:
At Halloween night theme Park of horrors becomes a deadly place. The stranger in birthday suit starts killing unsuspecting visitors, who, of course, do not believe anything, thinking if this is all part of the show.
Feel the spirit of old school? Hopefully, Plotkin also feel it, and will be able to pass.
Premiere of “Hell festival” is scheduled for October 12, 2018.
