Day 6:
Breakfast: rice + 2 dates, 4 walnuts, 1-2 berries of a Fig and 1 pear.
Lunch: vegetable broth, rice with raw vegetables (cucumber, sweet peppers), mint and 1 tbsp olive oil.
Dinner: vegetable broth, rice with 1-2 chopped apples, 1 tbsp sour cream and 1/2 tsp honey.

Day 7:
Breakfast: rice with Apple and pear (chopped), few drops of lemon and 1 tsp. honey, 1/2 servings of yogurt.
Lunch: vegetable broth, portion of green salad, rice with 1 tomato and green beans, steamed.
Dinner: vegetable broth, rice with zucchini steamed, 1 tsp olive oil, 5 olives, Basil.

Between meals you can drink mineral water, green tea or tincture of herbs, and fresh juices. Finally, in 100 g of cooked rice contains only 109 kcal, so eat healthy and lose weight.

When you exit the diet eat less meat and milk, for lunch and dinner cook raw cereals (rice, pasta, gray, gray bread and bread with bran).
