Police found the suspect in the brutal murder.
At the end of September in the sewers on the street Galvanauskas was found decapitated corpse of a man. Information shared in the communication Department of the Kiev police.
Police interviewed witnesses, but to establish the identity of the deceased immediately are unable. Documents or other things that would help to identify the man also not found.
The militiamen decided that the murder was committed elsewhere and the body moved. The examination found that the body lay for about five days, and the head was already cut off the dead men.
Soon the police have established the identity of the deceased. They were unemployed 61-year-old from Kiev. The officers then came to the man suspected in the murder. This – tenant of the victim, they lived together.
He was immediately detained and taken to the police to find out his involvement in the crime. The man said that he drank with the victim the day of the crime and got into a conflict. The tenant hit the opponent in the head and left the house. When he returned, he noticed that the man was dead. To cover up the crime, the suspect cut off the dead man’s head off and threw it in the trash, and the body the night dragged in the sewer pit.
Suspect since 1994 has been in prison for over 20 years. There he fell for robbery, robbery and grievous bodily harm resulting in death. Now to it threatens till fifteen years of imprisonment.
