Investigators opened a criminal case against the inhabitant of the North Ossetia, which was included in the salon of bus, doused a man with gasoline and tried to set fire, according to the investigative Committee for North Ossetia.
“According to investigators, October 26, 2017 the suspect with five-liter plastic bottle filled with motor gasoline, sat in the taxi where there were four passengers. On the way a man unjustly doused with gasoline sitting in front of him a woman and he had a cigarette lighter tried to set fire that was a danger to the life of the victim and other passengers”, — stated in the message.
The bus driver reacted in time and took away from men the lighter.
The criminal case against 51-year-old resident of the village of Nogir were instituted under article about attempt at murder committed publicly dangerous method.
According to the Department of insurance in North Ossetia, at present, the suspect is placed in a psychiatric hospital, as is the psychiatrist in connection with mental illness.
“In the near future it will be spent psihologo-psychiatric examination to establish the degree of sanity at the time of the crime.
