The radical Islamist movement Hamas said it was ready to transfer its controlled Gaza under the jurisdiction of the government leader of the Palestinian territories Mahmoud Abbas.

The report notes that the Hamas leadership is ready to disband his administration in the Gaza strip. By doing this, Hamas has demonstrated a willingness to reach agreement with the Palestinian Fatah movement under the mediation of Egypt.
The radical movement also announced its readiness for General elections. A compromise must put an end to years of hostility between the two largest Palestinian organizations. Meanwhile, in the leadership of Fatah has said that they welcome such a move by Hamas, reports news Agency AP.
