In the case that the Verkhovna Rada will support the bill on pension reform at the beginning of October, the same month the pensions of 9 million people can be increased.

According to him, currently, pensions are calculated on figures for 2007.
“The Parliament has the chance to take pension reform in October. We (the government) will be able to do the calculations. If the deputies on 3 October will take pension reform, I pledge that in October, pensions will be raised to 9 million pensioners”, – said Groisman.
