If the obligations of the former shareholders of PrivatBank are not met, they will face criminal liability for failure to comply with the law. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groisman.
“If commitments are made, then it will be the appropriate solution if they are not satisfied, including the national Bank will witness it and then be criminally liable for the failure of the law”, – said the Prime Minister in the air of ICTV channel.
The Prime Minister noted that “Privat” is a stable financial institution. According to him, led the Bank after the nationalization Oleksandr Shlapak warned initially that holds this position temporarily for stabilization.
“He did my job. Now he resigned, moreover, the Prime Minister, the government has not appointed leader, it shall appoint an independent Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board will consider this statement and will make a decision. I think that Oleksandr Shlapak very highly skilled, very honest and professional Manager,” – said Groisman.
