The minimum wage will rise from next year.
Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman said that the average wage in the country until the end of 2017 will exceed 7 thousand hryvnias.
He said this during a meeting with representatives of regional mass media on Friday, reports the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers.
“The average salary in the country up to the end of the year will exceed 7 thousand hryvnia, the minimum wage – 3200 UAH. But next year the minimum wage will increase”, – said the head of government.
He stressed that a key element of growth will be to stimulate the creation of new jobs through infrastructure projects that support industry and increase the opportunities of the region.
Groisman said that the support program is work in agriculture, pharmacology, engineering, and in the near future the government will submit a draft law that will allow quick modernizing and upgrading of enterprises.
Earlier Groisman said that the Ukrainians, who do not work full time, will receive a smaller pension.
