Prices increased on both the primary and the secondary market.
According to the statistical Agency, for the year one-room apartments have risen in price in the primary market by 4.3 %, the secondary 7.7%, two-room apartment in the primary market by 4.8% on the secondary is 11.9%, three-room apartments on the primary market by 9.6%, on secondary – on 10,8%.
Recall, according to the State service, the average fee for a monthly rent of 1-bedroom apartments and 2018 for Ukraine grew by 14% to UAH 2940 3352. In the first place of the cost of the city – Kiev – 6 636 UAH. Next come the Odessa region (5 457 UAH) and Lviv oblast – 4 488 UAH.
