The developers of Google’s plan to lock out the ability when using Chrome on Windows to introduce extraneous codes in the running programs.
Experts suggest that this decision may affect some antivirus applications.
Some programs related to the search and removal of viruses on a PC with Windows system, often introduce extraneous codes in the Chrome app for scanning and interception of malware or phishing pages. Google representatives said that the changes will be divided into three phases. In the first period, starting from April next year, users will see warnings about the need to remove or update.
From July 2018, when the second phase will start, Chrome will start to block the program, making third-party codes into the browser processes. From January 2019, the developers will completely eliminate suspicious utilities forever. The only exception are codes written by the experts of the company Microsoft.
