Germany: office of the government delivered a package with a grenade

Package was delivered logistics company, package was immediately handed over to the police.

In a government office in the city of Erfurt (Thuringia), Germany, received a suspicious package. It was a hand grenade.
The package was delivered using the services of logistics company DHL, the staff of the government office decided to transfer the package to the police. Upon inspection the police found that the bag probably a hand grenade.

The head of the government of Thuringia argues that he did not wish to associate this incident with the delivery of an explosive device in the pharmacy near the Christmas fair in Potsdam to blackmail the company DHL.

According to him, the package in a government office was taken in the afternoon on Friday and had lain on the shelf until Monday.
