According to her, on the conditions proposed by the Russian Federation, no peacekeeping mission will not agree.
“In fact, the Russian Federation, the Russian President dropped this hybrid surrogate proposal for peacekeepers that are supposed to be on the frontline and protect the OSCE mission, is absolute nonsense. No peacekeeping mission, whose mandate would be to protect another mission,” she said.
In addition, Russia does not want to allow the peacekeepers into the occupied territories, as Gerashchenko said, because there are private cases of human rights violations, aggression and violence by militants and there is fighting weapons, which are not allowed IDLO international group.

According to her, therefore, Russia proposed to deploy peacekeepers only on the line of contact.
