Gerashchenko has explained why the leaders of some factions have largely ignored the meeting with Zelensky

The Deputy noted that the meeting with the newly elected President did not come all the leaders of factions because it was convened suddenly.

The Deputy of popular front, Anton Gerashchenko said that the leaders of some factions are unable to meet with the newly elected President, Vladimir Zelensky, because the meeting convened suddenly.

Gerashchenko said that the idea to hold this meeting arose suddenly on may 3, during a meeting of speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Andrew Parubiy from Zelensky.

“This is the reason. It does not move. It was just the sudden initiative of Andriy Parubiy, and, accordingly, were not all in Kiev”, – clarified the situation to the Deputy.

We will remind, heads of factions of the Verkhovna Rada on Saturday, may 4, met with President-elect Vladimir Zelensky in the Parliament building.

Tymoshenko, Lyashko and the leaders of the factions of the BPP and NF have largely ignored the meeting with Zelensky.
