Cable car will be built at a height of 2650 meters above sea level.
In the West of Georgia at the altitude of 2650 meters above sea level, it is planned to develop new tourist route “Toba”.
The tourist route, which will start from the resort of Mukhuri, will include five lakes Toba: Toba Degelis, Takecares Toba, Toba Kallis, Cascabeles Tobavarchkhili and Cataguases Tobavarchkhili.
“The concept envisages the construction of roads and cableways in the direction of Toba. It’s quite an interesting tourist route, where you can see caves, canyons, rare plants,” — said the head of the press service of the regional administration of Samegrelo — Zemo Svaneti Paata Lagvilava.
And added that the length of the current route — 35 km, but after the construction of the cable car, tourists will be able to get to Toba shorter path.
