Naftogaz of Ukraine expects to increase gas prices from October.
National joint stock company Naftogaz of Ukraine expects to increase gas prices for population by 18.84%, or 931 UAH per 1 thousand cubic meters – up to 5 873 UAH for 1 thousand cubic meters without value added tax from October.
Provided under the financial plan of Naftogaz by 2017, which is submitted for discussion in the government on July 19.
According to him, the price of natural gas sales to consumers for which the Cabinet of Ministers is in charge of special obligation (PSO tariffs for the population) before October 1, correspond to the current prices, and from October 1, increased by 19% to 5 873 UAH/thousand cubic meters without VAT.
Except to the decision of the government, the price of the natural gas sale to consumers are not given specialattention are set by the company themselves.
