Future cars: Geely intends to produce flying cars

Geely has bought the American company that is developing flying cars for over a decade.

The company picked Geely in the future – she intends to deal with the issue of flying cars, in order to solve the impending problem of the traffic. According to President of China brand Ana Cuihua, for these purposes, Geely recently acquired American фирмуTerrafugia, which is developing flying cars since 2006.

Top Manager stressed that the acquisition of a new company means that Geely is sure to be a hybrid automobile and aircraft. He expressed the hope that the brand will achieve great success in “this direction.”

Meanwhile, Terrafugia intends in the next decade to bring to market his winged car TF-X, which has been developing since 2013. The car has received two 600-horsepower electric motor and the engine to 300 HP, thanks to which can develop in the air of 320 km/h.

To buy a flying car will be about 300 thousand dollars.
