Russian rapper Basta, whom the SBU banned to enter Ukraine for concerts in occupied Crimea, has announced his speech in Kiev. The organizers have already started to sell tickets to the performance artist.

Basta concert to be held December 1, according to the announcement, which is posted on the website of the contractor. Rapper have to sing in the club Stereo Plaza.
