From Kiev killed his father due to the fact that the flooded apartment

In Kiev police detained a man who beat to death a father. About it reports a press-service of the Metropolitan police.

On traumatizing 79-year-old resident of the Dneprovsky district of Kiev militiamen were told by the medics who arrived on the call. The pensioner died in hospital from a head injury and multiple fractures of ribs, clavicle and arms. He was taken from the apartment on Rainbow street.

As found by the police, the attack occurred about one o’clock.

According to the head of the Dniprovskiy police Department Alexander Kuzmin, the call immediately went investigative team, which interviewed the neighbors. In the house of the victim militiamen found his 51-year-old son.

“Now we know that the retiree did not finish and flooded the apartment below. Neighbors, whom he refused to open the door and to explain something, complained to the owner’s son. He decided to deal with her father using fists. The result from the received traumas the pensioner has died in hospital, without regaining consciousness,” – said Alexander Kuzmin.

Investigators began criminal proceedings on signs of the crime provided by part 2 of article 121 (Deliberate heavy injury, entailed death of the victim) the Criminal code of Ukraine. The detainee faces up to ten years of imprisonment.
