In Kiev, the man strangled the husband of his sister.
The duty of the Obolon police Department from a local resident, it was reported that during an argument he strangled her husband. At the address arrived promptly avtopatruli and investigative team. On a scene militiamen found the man no signs of life.
Forensic examination confirmed that the death of 39-year-old victim was caused by strangulation.
In the apartment where the tragedy occurred, was the wife of the deceased and her brother, who confessed to the crime. The man was detained.
Police found that between spouses who were in alcoholic intoxication, began to quarrel on the household soil. During a verbal conflict, the man hit his wife. After this, a dispute broke the brother of the woman and, holding the neck of his son-in-law tried to calm him down.
According to the detainee, after a few seconds he released the man and went into the next room, convinced that the cousin fell asleep because he was drunk.
Then the room of the husband and the wife came and noticed that he was not breathing. This woman reported to the police.
The investigative Department of the Obolon police Department initiated criminal proceedings under part 1 St. 115 (Premeditated murder) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The sanction of article provides till fifteen years of imprisonment.
Now 49-year-old inhabitant of Kiev who earlier problems with the law did not, is in the detention center. The question on a message to him about suspicion in Commission of crime and election of a measure of restraint in form of detention.
